Within the framework of its strong growth, our subsidiary NEOGY, specialized in R&D design and industrial production of batteries and intelligent systems, which adapt to all technologies (Lithium-ion, Ni-MH, Sodium-ion, LiFeP04, Hydrogen, etc.) and designed for all types of stationary or embedded electrical applications, is looking for its future Multi-skilled Operators for its production plant in Sallebœuf.

Your role and your missions

Reporting to the manager, and based on manufacturing files (production orders, drawings, instruction sheets or technical data sheets, etc.) drawn up by the support departments (design, methods, industrialization), and on the production schedule, the tasks are as follows:

• Production preparation
• Manufacture battery packs
• Monitoring production to meet deadlines, with a constant focus on quality, safety and continuous improvement.

Your main activities:

Production preparation:

• Supply and prepare production components, subassemblies and tooling
• Check cell voltage

Battery pack manufacturing

• Creating stacks
• Integrating CTN beams
• Welding cells using specific tools
• Mechanical assembly of the battery
• Tin soldering
• Battery conditioning

Production monitoring

• Self-control of production quality
• Perform a double quality check on a sub-assembly
• Declare non-conformities and inform your manager
• Reporting on your activity

Profile required:

• Rigor and meticulousness, attention to quality/safety
• Concentration and patience
• Versatility, flexibility and autonomy
• Team player
• Experience in a similar position (assembly) in an industrial environment appreciatedbut beginners accepted
• Knowledge of electronics and electromechanics appreciated
• Knowledge of tin soldering appreciated, work on semi-automatic machine, knowledge of power electricity appreciated,
• Mechanical knowledge appreciated

Conditions:

• Location: Sallebœuf then Pompignac
• Position: Temporary with the possibility of a permanent contract if you move to Pompignac
• Working hours: 39 hours/week (hours depending on product assignment)
• Starting: As soon as possible !
• Salary: €12.12 gross/hour + luncheon voucher + additional overtime pay
