Specialising in designthe development and industrialization of sustainable electrical solutions, the group brings its 25 years of experience in R&D design to the entire value chain (batteries and intelligent systems, on-board electronics, energy conversion and industrial displays) and supports all professionals in the electrification of their products by providing complete and customised solutions.
As part of its major expansion, the Startec Energy Group is looking for their future Accounts Assistant (F/H)
Your role and missions:
Working in the Accounts Finance department, you will be the main contact for Accounts Payable, reporting functionally to the two accountants, and will liaise with the Purchasing/Procurement departments.
Your duties for this position will include:
-Receipt of supplier invoices (supplier mailbox management)
-Entry of purchase invoices in the supplier schedule
-Matching of purchase invoices with BL
-Accounting entry of cash invoices.
Lettering of third-party accounts + bank reconciliations.
You have a bachelor’s degree in management or accounting or you have similar professional experience.
You have a good command of the Office pack. Knowledge of “Sage 100” would be a bonus.
Sof skills: You have good interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
Your rigour, reliability and organisation will enable you to develop your skills and autonomy as you move forward in a multi-company environment.
