Within the framework of its important development, the Startec Energy Group is looking for its future IT Support Technician.

Your role and your missions:

Under the direction of the IT Manager, you are in charge of resolving IT problems encountered by users. More specifically, you are in charge of :

• The management, installation and maintenance of computer equipment (computer stations, peripherals, …)
• Help in the management, installation and maintenance of software;
• The assistance and technical support (hardware and software) to users;
• The assistance to the management of the telephony on IP, assistance to the users and maintenance of the installations.

You have a minimum of 2 years experience in the IT field (BTS, DUT) and at least 3 years experience in a similar position in a small or medium-sized company.

• Knowledge of the hardware architecture of a workstation;
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows 10 and 11, Windows Server, Linux);
• Basic knowledge of the usual configurations, systems and office automation tools;
• Basic knowledge of computer networks and IP telephony.

Position based in Mérignac, with occasional travel to our plant in Pompignac

Remuneration to be defined (20K€-24K€)
