Your role and your missions

Under the responsibility of the Technical Director, you will organize and manage production to achieve the quality/cost/deadline objectives of the unit to which you report.

Your main activities are:

• Develop the production schedule and make it evolve as needed
• Organize production and human and material resources
• Ensure the availability of components and raw materials with the support of the supplier
• Define and monitor production indicators
• Manage hazards and solve problems, whether human, material or technical
• Qualify the means of production and ensure the programming and maintenance if necessary
• Manage shipments of finished products
• Follow the returns in SAV
• Ensure the application of safety rules, guarantee the quality of the social climate and working conditions (ergonomics, etc.)
• Manage and develop your team
• Ensure reporting to his hierarchy and alert on the drifts and possible risks

• With a technical background, you have 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position in an industrial environment
• You know how to establish a production schedule, program machines/tools, use an ERP, manage a team and show leadership (conflict and hazard management)
• Your interpersonal skills and your sense of communication allow you to collaborate with the different functions of the company (supply/logistics, methods/industrialization, design office)
• You have technical knowledge of electronic board production, master the QHSE system in relation to production, and master the basics of continuous improvement

• Permanent contract
• Working hours: 39h/week

• Location : Mérignac (near tram A station)
• Salary: according to profile (32-36K€ gross per year)
